The sensual walk through the village
This walk is a three-hour mixture of history and cheerful anecdotes as well as delicious treats from the Saxon Burgenland. Walking and tasting with the bread roll through one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony, that means: surprising and regional delights and all kinds of sensual experiences for body and soul.
Tour guide Heike Raubold, dressed as a bread roll, leads groups to the historic watermill with the old German stone oven of the museum, in which loaves and cakes are still baked today. A taste of the legendary herbal liqueur and a fat jam should not be missing from amusing mill stories. Then a visit to the oldest farm in the village is on the program.
The route then continues to the mill herb garden. In the midst of fragrant herbs there are all kinds of advisable items and
a sip of the products from the wild orchard trees . We continue through the picturesque pickicht to the Mulde ferry, where hearty dishes are served from the fields and the fields.
The hike then leads to the Schiffmühle, where the Schiffsmüller chefs come up with a hearty soup. Optionally, you can climb the forty steps into Jutta Park with a sounding tower and numerous sculptures. There the Semmelweib reaches out of its box.
The "Sensual Village Walk" was recognized as the best tourism marketing idea in 2012 from "Saxony's Villages".
